Company was sold, Car is now having issue's, I am unable to get information on my warranty...

We went in to buy my granddaughter a car.
She found one she liked and we sat down to make a deal. It was a no dicker sticker. They seemed very nice and accommodating. We noticed a small rust spot on the back quarter panel. We said that needed to be sanded and painted. They agreed.
The first time she brought the car in they said the didn't have the right shade of paint. The next time they fixed it by putting what looks like Bondo over the rust spot and didn't even bother to sand it.
I wouldn't deal with them again.
I would spend a few hundred dollars more at a reputable dealer.

I purchased a Car for our Daughter 6/19/2024 after a few days we noticed issues and asked if we could trade for a car with added cash so they would gain not lose and was rudely told no! Fast forward with hardly any driving but to and from her school which is 1 mile away, the transmission had to be replaced ( I think they knew this when they sold it to us) The car had a smokey smell when purchased they said would go away in a few days after they detailed it!! The smell took 6 months to subside and when i called them they basically let me know its nothing I or they could do about it! I purchased a worthless aftermarket warranty (Prime protect) as many repair shops won't let parts be sent in, and they are know for being difficult... The car seems to be a lemon from the start after almost $11k cash not finance I am now looking to get her another car as things keep breaking. I would caution anyone dealing with this Dealership to go somewhere else as this was an awful buying experience and myself, friends, and family will never be returning to this place in Rochester, ny to purchase not even an air fresher!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Loved Malcolm and some of the used car options he gave us. Got to do a test drive and loved how clean the place was inside. Unfortunately, we were stuck on a certain budget and were not able to move forward with the type of car we wanted. Him and his partner just started at this location recently and I forsee great things in their business.

I got to meet the owners who were very friendly and they had a wealthy of knowledge and were very willing to give me updates and information about the process of my new car and were willing to work around my schedule they made the process very easy and exciting

Unfortunately I need to edit this. After receiving my car I found out I had issues. And no one did right by me to fix it and ignored my calls and mags to find out the company was having issues and sold it to a new manager. The old management wrote incorrect statements about the issue which caused the place to not fix my issues. I was lied to about receiving help due to the incorrect statements on my file. Til this day still having issues

Their professionalism and speed had me driving my new car off their lot in a matter of days. That's only because I couldn't make the drive the day after I contacted them about buying. The car is in excellent condition, freshly detailed, and had a full tank when I left. As embarrassing as this is, I accidentally paid John $500 more than the agreed price because of the deposit I placed prior to buying. This man reached out to let me know and sent a check in the mail the next day. Customer service A+++++. They definitely let everyone see the Lambo though haha.

Upon walking into this random dealer I found on Google, I was pleasantly surprised. The dealership was pristine and very clean with a wide variety of cars to choose from. All were detailed and fronted. Approaching John and Markos, they were confident and incredibly easy and welcoming to work with. They let us experience the cars in interest with no pressure and let us test drive any vehicle on the lot. Unlike most dealers, John and Markos were negotiable, throwing in add-ons to make sure we were getting a quality and worthy purchase. I will absolutely do the hour and a half drive again to secure another car from them because it's nothing like I've experienced before from a dealer.
